Flossy’s Secrets
Flossy’s Ice Cream provides a unique ice cream experience, harnessing the magic of liquid nitrogen to create a smooth and creamy ice cream right before your eyes. Each ‘Nitro’ ice cream is specially crafted for you and instantly frozen to perfection at -196°C.
Our ice creams are made with a dairy or coconut base, then combined with the best natural ingredients. We aim to create seasonal flavours, using ingredients which are locally sourced, we even utilising fruit from our own garden.
