Hi! we are Erica and Courtney, best friends since high-school and now the newest ice cream dream team on the scene.
Who are we?
Inspired by what Annie and Mark had created we saw an opportunity for growth, creativity and fun. After being in lock down we were inspired to look for new adventures and opportunities.
Being foodies who have followed our taste buds all over the world, we seek to provide flavour experiences for all to enjoy.
Hello I’m Erica,
I have been curious about food alchemy from a young age. I will attempt to make anything… cakes, taffy, marshmallow meringue. I love novelty and transformation… real life magic. When I saw Flossy’s ice cream I fell in love with all the endless possibilities. After attending my first sunset wedding with fresh ice cream, I truly felt pure joy. Going to live music events and other special occasions is an absolute treat, we love your smiling faces.
Hi I’m Courtney,
I studied nutrition at the University of Otago and have an interest in food and its effect on the body and mind. I enjoy gardening and growing my own produce. The most exciting part about Flossy’s ice cream is meeting all the new people while learning something new and taste testing all the flavours. We hope you enjoy our creations made with love.
